Join artist/educator Joan Body for this 4-week beginner-friendly class and delve into the world of colored pencils. Participants will explore a variety of materials and techniques to create images that pop!
Dates & Time: Wednesdays; February 11, 18, 25, March 4; 11am – 1pm
Location: Transylvania Community Arts Council (349 S. Caldwell St., Brevard)
Registration Fee: $125
What to Bring:
* Supplies and Materials: A supplies/materials list will be furnished upon registration.

About Joan Body, artist/educator
Joan Body is a career corporate graphic designer, originally from Atlanta and more recently from Charleston, where she owned and taught at The Artists Loft School. A lifelong art student and fan of any and all mediums, Joan teaches art with the goal of helping students to be fearless and find that “spark.” She currently lives outside Brevard near her son and his wife on a beautiful horse farm, and frequently makes time to visit her daughters and grandchildren in the Charleston area. When not drawing and painting, she loves to be outside exploring her new home.
