Join musicologist and organist Mark Hall for our newest Music Appreciation series and discover Franz Schubert, the composer who gave music its most intimate voice. No prior musical knowledge required - only curiosity and a willingness to engage with music that speaks quietly but profoundly.
Dessert will be provided.

An Afternoon of Old-Time Music andAppalachian Craft
Local musicians Ray Adams and Haley Beaupre will educate and entertain during this afternoon of Old-Time music, as they discuss old-time music history while playing music that dates back over 300 years.
The afternoon will also include a traditional Appalachian broom-making demonstration by local Broom Squire Bruce L. Tuxhorn.
There is no charge to attend, although donations to the Arts Council are always appreciated.
Light refreshments will be served.
