Fourth Annual Juried Exhibition, August 7 - September 19

Transylvania Community Arts Council (Arts Council) seeks entries for its Fourth Annual Juried Art Exhibition, August 7 – September 19, 2026. This call is open to all visual artists, regardless of experience level or geographic location, who are at least 18 years of age.

Artists are invited to submit imaginative, distinctive, and creative works of any theme in any visual art media (except video/film). Artificial Intelligence (AI) art will not be accepted. Only original works of art produced within the preceding five years will be accepted.

Chris Foley, artistic director and owner of The Haen Gallery located in Asheville and Haen Gallery Annex in Brevard, is the juror for this year’s exhibition. Cash prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third place.

The entry fee for up to three pieces of artwork is $35 for Arts Council members (at the $100 level or higher), and $40 for non-members, and the deadline for entries is August 1.

Please submit via email (info@tcarts.org) up to 2 high resolution images of each of pieces of art listed on the application form.
