Adult Classes:

Introduction to Multi-Part Pots

Join Alia for four weeks of new projects involving lids, knobs, handles, and spouts! Learn step-by-step how to execute forms like jars, chip and dip bowls, and more on the pottery wheel while improving your overall throwing abilities.

 

The fourth (and final) class will be spent glazing your bisqued pieces.

Class Dates: July 13, 20, 27, and August 3

Class Time: 10am - 12pm

 

The registration fee for this workshop is $150 and includes the cost of clay, materials, and firing.

Hand Crafted Tiles and Plaster Press Molds

A 3 Session Master Class with Angel Allen

Join ceramics artist and educator, Angel Allen, for this exciting 3-session master class. Learn techniques and tips for creating hand crafted tiles and plaster press molds that will take your clay skills to the next level! This hands-on experience is designed for both beginners and intermediate level potters who aspire to add to their skills. 

 

Class Dates: Monday, August 19; Wednesday, August 21; Wednesday, August, 28

Class Time: 9am- Noon

Mastering the Art of Large Pottery:

A 2 Day Wheel-Throwing Workshop with Tori Motyl

Unleash your creativity and embark on a transformative journey into the world of large scale pottery with our immersive 2-day workshop, "Mastering the Art of Large Pottery." This hands-on experience is designed for both beginners and intermediate level potters who aspire to add to their skills in creating impressive, sizable vessels on the wheel using the technique of stacking thrown sections. If you can center and throw and any amount of clay consistently, you can learn to throw big!

 

Class Dates: Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13

Class Time: 10am-4.30pm​

Note: Registration fee for this class includes clay, materials, and bisque firing. No glazing will be done in this workshop.
